Hoot Kloot tries to arrest Crazywolf for selling medicine without a license. However, Hoot gets a deal on his medicine which makes his strong, though only problem is it wears off quick.
Hoot probeert Crazywolf te arresteren voor het verkopen van medicijnen zonder vergunning. Hoot krijgt echter een deal voor zijn medicijn dat hem sterk maakt, hoewel het enige probleem is dat het snel slijt.
